Some reserved tickets may not be picked up and these will be made available for general sale. You can join our waiting list or contact the Festival Information and Sales Centre on vstupenky@strunypodzimu.cz, or phone: +420 224 901 247.
Where can I get hold of a concert programme?
You can buy the programme in the venue before the concert starts, or you can download it from our website the day after the concert.
Where can I buy CDs by festival artists?
CDs and DVDs of individual artists can be purchased at all concerts in the foyer of the venue.
I’ve lost my tickets. Can I get replacements?
Unfortunately, we can't provide replacements for lost tickets. If you want to buy new tickets, please contact our Festival Information and Sales Centre, phone: +420224901247.
For personal reasons, I can’t attend a concert I’ve bought tickets to. Can I return the tickets to the box office?
Unfortunately, tickets can't be returned or exchanged for other tickets.
I’m a student writing a diploma thesis and I’m looking for information about the festival. What can you tell me?
We can provide you with information about performers who have appeared in the festival, and with festival final reports.
I loved the Regina Carter concert in 2007! Is there a chance I might get to see her again at the festival?
The festival only invites artists back in exceptional circumstances, such as when the artist appears in a unique musical project in collaboration with the festival, or in the case of artists we consider 'legendary ' (for instance Brad Mehldau, whom the festival presented in a solo concert in 2006 and then with his trio in 2007).
